Students who engage with experiential learning spend time building professional skills with local community members.

Kat Grzeszkiewicz’20 spent a summer learning about professional sports careers by interning with the Beloit Snappers, a local minor league baseball team.

Students use the new 职业工作 space to collaborate 和 study, in addition to meeting with career advisors.

When students work together on group projects, they build their collaboration 和 communication skill sets.

At Beloit College, we know that a strong academic foundation 和 career readiness will be key to our students’ future well-being. Referred to as soft-skills in the past, today these learning outcomes are widely considered essential, no matter the focus of a student’s studies or career ambitions.
